I am a User Experience Professional with an in-depth knowledge of User Research, UX and Service Design. I facilitate workshops, conduct contextual research, carry out expert reviews and have presented to industry experts on topics such as System Thinking.
I specialise in making the complex simple and work for large companies, including Ticketmaster, Transport for London, Elsevier, Sky, Boots, Ambassador Theatre Group, Orange, Photobox, The Insolvency Service, Fidelity, Pearson and the BBC.

Photography
I studied photography at Art College using a beloved Pental K-1000 before the days of digital photography. I rediscovered it years later thanks to the ability to share my images, reprocess old photos, and go beyond what was possible in the dark room. Here are a few collections of my photos, mostly from travel.
